Analysis: The rookie first-round pick missed Monday's practice with muscle tightness in an undisclosed location. Coach Jim Harbaugh indicated after Wednesday's practice that Bateman exited early due to muscle soreness, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports.
